Basil Blackwell of Oxford in 1927.
Long out of print, I have been unable to find any copy for sale in the world nor do I know of anyone else who has a copy (although of course I may be put right on that point!). { January 2013 - I was put right. Janet Jarvis, former teacher at Frieth School, emailed to say that she has a copy and used it in her teaching. She has also seen a copy in a second hand bookshop in Ross on Wye. } Nevertheless I think that a reproduction here of the book is the best way to expose its fascinating content.
